About
At The Tail Haven Hotel & Day Lounge, we help dog owners across Lafayette and the East Bay keep their dogs happy, social and well cared for while they work or travel. We run dog day care and pet boarding, and our pups spend their days in a comfortable, supervised setting where they're rarely crated and get plenty of attention from our team.
Our large dog area offers room to run outdoors and plenty of pools to play in, so dogs leave with the kind of happy, tired energy that makes a busy schedule easier. Puppies and young dogs are a special focus, and many of our regulars have grown into confident, friendly companions with the help of our patient, gentle staff.
We also support owners beyond daily care, including training, emergency boarding and overnight stays when you're out of town. Our team treats every dog like their own and keeps you updated with photos of your dog's day.
