About
The SL Werke Shop is an auto restoration and repair shop in Benicia focused on classic and older Mercedes-Benz vehicles. We bring vintage Mercedes models from the 1960s through the 1990s back to top form, giving each car the careful attention its age and engineering demand.
Our owner, John, brings decades of hands-on Mercedes experience to every diagnosis, and he's known for explaining the options clearly so you can choose the repair that makes sense for you. Many of our clients are longtime enthusiasts who count on us for their daily drivers and treasured weekend cars alike.
We take the time to diagnose tricky problems other shops have struggled with, and we're happy to share guidance that helps your regular mechanic handle issues in the future. Our team keeps communication friendly, responsive, and efficient, with quick turnaround and fair, affordable pricing.
Serving Benicia and drivers across Solano County and the East Bay, we'd welcome the chance to look after your classic Mercedes, so give us a call or stop by the shop.
