About
The Skewers Bar is a Chinese restaurant in San Jose focused on fresh, flavorful skewers and shared dishes for groups of friends and family. Our grilled skewers are cooked well, with a smoky flavor, juicy meat, and just the right amount of spice.
We offer a good variety, including grilled vegetables alongside the meat, so there is something for everyone at the table. Our team is known for being friendly, respectful, and welcoming, and our dishes come out fresh and quickly.
We keep the restaurant clean and recently remodeled, creating a relaxed, familiar atmosphere for regulars and newcomers alike.
Serving San Jose and the South Bay, we'd love for you to stop by and enjoy a meal with us.
