At The Seed Center, we help Pacific Heights and the wider San Francisco community move with more ease, strength and awareness through Pilates, Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis classes. Our group chair and mat classes are scaled so that every student can work at their own level, whether you are recovering from back pain, managing hypermobility or simply looking to balance out running or weight training.
Our instructors are skilled, knowledgeable and friendly, and they guide students clearly through breath, positioning and engagement. Many members tell us that consistent practice has improved their posture, alignment, mobility and joint comfort in ways other workouts could not.
