At The Posture Lab, we help Santa Rosa and Sonoma County residents move better, feel stronger and recover from pain that has built up over years of poor posture, form and muscle imbalances. We take a thoughtful, educational approach, starting with a careful assessment and building a plan around each person's own goals and daily life.
Our work focuses on posture correction, functional movement and targeted exercises that strengthen the right areas, and we progress to added weight once the foundation is solid. We also support care after injuries, including upper back pain from car accidents, with treatment plans tailored to each person's needs.
Many of our clients stay with us for ongoing support, and we guide them on core strengthening, stretching and healthy habits that carry over into everyday life.
