About
The Playground By HIIT School brings high-intensity group training, boxing classes and strength workouts to San Jose and the South Bay. Our space is well equipped, with a wide range of gear, modern equipment and plenty of room to train hard.
Our instructors are known for keeping a close eye on form and making sure every member gets the most out of each session. Members tell us they leave feeling challenged and accomplished, and that our classes are fun even when the work gets tough.
Whether you're new to training or chasing a specific goal, we'd love to help you build strength and confidence.
