About
Based in Walnut Creek, The Method Bodyworks provides sports massage therapy for clients across Contra Costa County. We focus on relieving tension and stress points, with each session tailored to what your body needs.
Our approach is warm and welcoming, and we take the time to explain what we are doing and why, so you leave understanding your body a little better. Many clients come to us unsure of what to expect and leave feeling completely restored.
Whether you are an athlete recovering from training or simply carrying tension from everyday life, we would be glad to help.
