About
For deep tissue massage and therapeutic bodywork in San Jose, The Massage Guru is here to help clients across Santa Clara County ease muscle tension, joint pain and the strain of long hours at a desk or on your feet. Our sessions are built around careful, genuine listening, so we begin by understanding your concerns and then ease into deeper work at a pace that feels right for your body.
Beyond the massage itself, we take time to explain how your body is compensating and where postural habits may be adding to your discomfort, so you leave with a clearer picture of what is happening. Many of our clients come to us for ongoing relief from neck and shoulder pain, and we prepare you both mentally and physically so every visit feels comfortable and productive.
Our approach is grounded in real therapeutic knowledge, which is why clients often find the benefits of a session last for weeks.
