Based in Concord, The Integration Dojo offers martial arts training for adults and students across Concord and the East Bay, with lessons that go beyond self-defense to build confidence, communication and self-awareness. Our instruction is firm and demanding, yet grounded in respect: we teach students to stay composed, use precision when it counts, and never overcompensate for their strength.
Every class is shaped around the individual, because we take the time to understand how each student moves, reacts and responds under pressure, and what their strengths and fears are. Alongside technical skills, we bring in psychology and the Enneagram, helping students understand their personalities and how they relate to others.
Many of our students tell us the dojo has become a supportive community where they can be themselves while being challenged to grow, and a place they look forward to every week.
