The Hive SF

Strength, flexibility, and playful learning: that's what we offer at The Hive SF, a gym in North Beach, San Francisco, where aerial silks, sling, and mat Pilates classes are built around learning new skills rather than grinding through repetition. Our teachers are skilled, patient, and give targeted feedback, so each session moves quickly while still leaving room for personal progress.

Students tell us they build real strength and body awareness, and many find that learning tricks makes them forget they're exercising. Our community is warm, welcoming, and encouraging, and families across San Francisco bring their kids here to learn and practice together in a friendly, professional setting.

Whether you're in great shape or just starting your fitness journey, there's a place for you in our classes.
