At The Garage, we help Lone Mountain and USF neighbors in San Francisco build strength, balance and endurance through fitness classes designed with a physical therapist's eye. Every session keeps the pace continuous and the heart rate up, with music that keeps the energy high.
Our classes build real community, because training alongside everyone else in the room is a big part of the experience. Our approach comes from a rehab and training background, so each exercise is chosen to support balance, strength and endurance for people at every level.
Many of our members have stayed with us since they first walked in, drawn in by the challenge and the motivation the workouts provide.
