At The Family Room, we help families in Albany and across Alameda County feel supported through every stage of becoming parents, from pre-conception through the early years. We offer a warm, comfortable community space designed for perinatal wellness, where practitioners and families can gather for workshops, support groups and classes.
Our space is private, clean and versatile, with room to sit in a circle, move and practice yoga, and make art together. We provide support well beyond birth itself, focusing on the whole experience of becoming a parent.
Our team is warm, real, knowledgeable and honest, bringing care to every conversation. Practitioners who teach fertility awareness and other perinatal topics use our room for presentations, complete with a projector and large screen.
