About
The Couples Center brings intensive, experiential relationship workshops and couples counseling to San Francisco. Our signature Love Made Simple and Breakthrough to Love workshops combine guided exercises, embodiment practices and group discussion over a weekend, so partners can reconnect and learn tools they can use long after the session ends.
We also offer counseling for couples and individuals, along with professional training for therapists who want to work more effectively with couples. Our approach draws on brain-body-based therapy and psychoeducation, and we focus on helping partners communicate in ways that strengthen connection without sacrificing individuality.
