About
THE CAVE in SAN RAFAEL brings kids gymnastics and parkour classes to San Rafael and families across Marin County. Our gym is a large, mixed-use playground with plenty of space and a wide range of equipment, including foam pits for safe practice of new flips and tricks.
We also welcome our youngest gymnasts with a dedicated area designed just for little ones. Our coaches are a big part of what sets us apart, making training fun while encouraging each child to push themselves further.
Many families return to us multiple times a week, and our summer camp is one that kids are happy to attend even without their friends.
