The Bodhi Coaching

Oakland professionals and people across the East Bay turn to The Bodhi Coaching for life coaching that helps clients set clear goals, break them into action steps, and build the confidence to pursue them. Our sessions are warm, compassionate and grounded, creating a space where clients feel comfortable opening up from the very first conversation.

Many of our clients come to us during a career transition or a leadership role, and we work together on identifying challenges, uncovering limiting beliefs and building a plan with short-term and long-term goals. Our approach draws on both corporate experience and coaching practice, so each one-hour session is focused and practical while still encouraging deeper self-awareness.

We offer both in-person sessions at our Bushrod location and online appointments, so clients can work with us in the way that suits them best. We are a women-owned practice and LGBTQ+ friendly, and we welcome everyone seeking support for personal and professional growth.
