For life coaching, sound bath healing and breathwork in Alameda, The Bloom Room - Bloom With Lori is here to help. Lori creates a grounded, supportive space where you can feel safe showing up exactly as you are.
Her sessions blend intuitive coaching with practices designed to help you move past limiting beliefs and feel clearer and more connected to yourself. Many clients come in feeling stuck, anxious or weighed down, and leave feeling lighter, centered and calm.
Sound bath sessions are offered both in person and online, so you can choose the format that suits you best. We serve women and families across Alameda and the East Bay who are ready for a fresh perspective on their lives.
