About
Great cuts, helpful advice, and a relaxed chair for every age: that's what we offer at The Backyard Barbershop. We're a barber shop serving Menlo Park and the wider San Mateo County community, from little ones getting their first trim to regulars who want a clean, sharp finish.
Our barbers take the time to talk through the options with you, so you leave knowing the cut and how to care for your hair and waves at home. Guests tell us they feel comfortable bringing in family members of all ages, and that the experience is friendly and easygoing from start to finish.
We take pride in fine detail work and in perfecting each cut, so every visit ends with a result you'll be happy to show off.
