About
Based in the Inner Richmond, Terrence Higgins, MFT provides individual and couples counseling for clients across San Francisco and the surrounding area. We work with people at different points in their lives, helping them gain clarity and move forward at a steady, meaningful pace.
Our approach is honest and reflective, creating space for you to notice the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way. Many clients return over time as their needs change, and we value the trust that builds through that ongoing work.
We believe real progress comes from a willingness to look closely at your own patterns, and we guide that process with care.
