About
Whether you need a space to process stress or support for deeper inner child healing, Teri "Sachi" Swanberg LMFT offers relational therapy tailored to you. We work with individuals in Lafayette and across the East Bay, bringing an integrative approach that draws on somatic experiencing, gestalt, and attachment-informed practice.
Our sessions blend talk therapy with somatic psychoenergetic touch, which many clients find especially supportive for inner child work. Our focus is on helping you grow and build greater capacity for connection with others, at a pace that feels right for you.
You can expect a warm, affirming space where you feel held and seen, and our office is open to LGBTQ+ and transgender clients. Appointments are required, so reach out to schedule a time to meet.
