About
In the heart of Noe Valley, Terese Taylor, NCBTMB, CMT offers massage therapy and craniosacral therapy for clients across San Francisco and the surrounding neighborhoods. We take time at the start of each session to understand where you feel tension and what your body needs, then tailor the work to you with a blend of skill and intuition.
Many of our clients come to us for relief from muscle soreness and stubborn tightness, and we often weave in complementary approaches such as LED therapy and cupping when they suit your goals. Every visit begins with a warm foot bath and a cup of hot tea, setting a calm tone before we begin.
Our clients often tell us they leave feeling not only relaxed but lighter and more balanced, and we're always happy to suggest simple activities to continue your progress between appointments.
