At Team TNC, we help Concord and families across the East Bay build real confidence, strength and self-defense skills through aikido, jujitsu and conditioning training. Our classes are taught in a welcoming, family-like environment, where every student is known by name and beginners are given a proper introduction before stepping onto the mat.
Our instructors take the time to adapt techniques and teaching styles to each student, including working around past injuries, so training stays safe and effective whether you are just starting out or preparing for national competition. We offer instruction for all skill levels and ages, with detailed, high-quality technique and a steady focus on improving fitness alongside martial skill.
