El Cerrito and East Bay families turn to Team Bolo Martial Arts and Self Defense for martial arts training that builds real skill and confidence at every level. Our academy offers Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and boxing, so students can explore different disciplines and always have something new to learn.
Our coaches tailor their instruction to each student's experience, working on form, footwork, breathing, strength, cardio and mental discipline. Many of our members have trained with us for years, and we take pride in the patience and attention our coaches bring to every session.
