About
Looking for authentic Mexican tacos in San Jose? TAQUIZA'S RUIZ INC serves late-night tacos and quesadillas from its food truck in downtown San Jose, with favorites like al pastor, steak, and tripa.
We cook our meats with generous portions and bold marinades, so our al pastor comes with plenty of pineapple, and we make sure there is good flavor in every bite. Our salsas bring real heat, so we recommend trying them with care and building up your tolerance one taco at a time.
We're happy to serve friends and groups grabbing a bite after a night out, and our seating makes it easy to sit down and enjoy your food.
Visit our website to see what's on the truck, or stop by and see us downtown.
