For individual therapy with children, teens and adults in Glen Park, Tandra Froehlich Childress, ATR, LMFT is here to help. We are a psychotherapy practice in San Francisco, serving families and individuals across the city and the wider Bay Area.
Our work centers on anxiety, trauma and PTSD, perfectionism, and disordered eating, and we bring art and the creative process into sessions to help people express what is hard to put into words. We meet each person where they are, listening closely and accepting them as they are, so that clients of all ages feel understood and supported.
Many of our clients have grown more confident, resilient and self-aware over the course of their work with us. We are also trained in EMDR, and families often turn to us when they need a clinician experienced with young people.
