About
Based in Alameda, Tammy Hayano - Hanuman Holistic Living offers psychic mediumship readings, family constellation therapy, Yoga TRE and holistic workshops for clients across Alameda County and the East Bay. Our readings are grounded and compassionate, and many clients come to us with questions about loved ones who have passed, seeking clarity and comfort.
Our family constellation sessions help people explore ancestral patterns and layered family histories in a thorough, unhurried way, with care taken to make sure you understand what surfaces in each session. Our Yoga TRE work is a gentle, somatic practice that many clients have found a meaningful part of their everyday health and well-being.
Whatever brings you to us, we aim to create a space that feels safe, intuitive and powerfully transformative.
