About
TaconHambre is a Mexican food truck in American Canyon, Napa County, focused on generously portioned tacos, burritos and fries made with bold, well-seasoned meats. Our menu centers on al pastor, carne asada, chicken, fish and birria tacos, plus quesabirria with consomé, burritos and loaded carne asada and birria fries.
Every order comes with a side of salsas, grilled onions, radish and grilled chile, and our chips have a great crunch and a little salt that pairs well with a bite of anything on the menu. Our meats are seasoned with care, and we're happy to cook them to your liking, including well done.
We're a quick, friendly stop for locals and folks passing through American Canyon and the Napa Valley, and our window team always makes sure your order comes out right.
Stop by the truck for a quick bite, or call ahead to place your order by phone.
