About
Fresh handmade tortillas, tender grilled meats, and bright, house-made salsas: that's what we offer at Taco Genesis, a taqueria serving San Jose and the surrounding Santa Clara County community. Our carne asada, suadero, and crispy tripa are cooked to order, with a char and texture that keep guests coming back for more.
We also make burritos to your liking, so you can ask for your own combination of meats, spice, and fillings. Our salsas are some of the spiciest in town, and our owner grows her own chili peppers for them.
Our mango agua fresca is refreshed and not overly sweet, a good match for a plate of tacos.
Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or a late-night meal, we'd love to see you at the taco truck.
