About
Systema San Francisco/NorCal Self Defense brings together confidence, fitness, and practical self-protection: that's what we offer our students in Redwood City and across San Mateo County. We are a martial arts school focused on Systema, a Russian approach to self defense that builds awareness, relaxed power, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Our classes welcome beginners and experienced practitioners alike, with training designed to fit real life rather than just the dojo. Students come to us for a supportive, down-to-earth environment where questions are encouraged and progress is steady.
We serve adults and families from Redwood City and neighboring communities across the Peninsula who want to feel more capable and secure in their everyday lives.
You can view our current class schedule and book your spot through our website.
