About
Swivel Arts Barbershop brings careful, personalized haircuts to Fairfield and the surrounding Solano County community. We take the time to ask what you want, check in with you throughout the cut, and make sure the finished look is exactly right.
Many of our guests are first-timers who find us after a move or a last-minute need, and we are glad to fit them in and make them feel at home. Our conversation is relaxed and welcoming, and we enjoy getting to know the people in our chair.
Families who come to us for school photos, graduations and everyday cuts keep coming back because we treat every haircut with the same care and attention.
