Based in Chinatown, Oakland, Sweetheart Café & Tea serves bubble tea, cafe drinks and Taiwanese snacks for Oakland and the East Bay. Our kitchen is known for popcorn chicken made with dark meat, fried crisp and finished with fried basil, a classic street-food touch we never skip.
Our bubble tea is a longtime favorite, with sweet, bouncy boba and a satisfying chew, and our avocado smoothies are rich and creamy with plenty of boba. Many of our guests drop in for takeout, ordering at the monitor out front or on mobile, and we text you when your order is ready.
