About
Sweet's Gymnastics is a gymnastics center in Milpitas focused on building strength, balance and confidence in young athletes. Our classes are led by Mr. Sweet, who genuinely loves gymnastics and wants every child to grow into a successful gymnast.
Families tell us their kids look forward to every session, and our instruction emphasizes body control, flexibility and teamwork. We pride ourselves on patient, personable coaching that encourages students to push themselves while keeping the experience fun.
Our sessions also include friendly quizzes on math, science and geography, which children seem to enjoy as much as the gymnastics itself. Our equipment has been fully replaced since 2020, and we follow a careful sanitizing routine before and during every class.
Families across Milpitas and the South Bay are welcome to join us, so visit our website to learn more and get started.
