Suzanne Alfandari

At Suzanne Alfandari, we help individuals across San Rafael and Marin County find relief from stress, anxiety and life's hardest transitions through compassionate, personalized therapy. We practice Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Motivational Interviewing, and we bring both into each session to help clients feel calmer and more able to move forward.

Our clients often come to us during times of loss, grief, divorce, caregiving or major life changes, and they tell us they feel deeply heard, seen and never judged. We work with empathy, intuition and care, meeting each person where they are and building tools they can use long after a session ends.

Many of our clients have worked with us for years, returning whenever life becomes difficult and they need steady support. We also offer Motivational Interviewing training for organizations, bringing the same warmth and clarity to teams that want a strong foundation in the approach.
