At Suspiro de Vida Psychotherapy - Trauma & Somatic & Couples Therapy and ENM, we help people in the Outer Mission and across San Francisco find steadier footing through psychotherapy that takes the whole person into account. We offer individual therapy for trauma, a somatic approach that works with the body as well as the mind, and couples therapy for partners who want to reconnect and communicate more openly.
