At Susan Kenny, LMFT-Somatic Psychotherapist, we help adults in Novato and across Marin County ease anxiety, quiet worry and reconnect with their own sense of calm and possibility. We offer individual therapy grounded in somatic psychotherapy, using deep listening, guided visualization and guided meditation to help clients understand their own potential.
Our sessions also include group workshops, where we use creative exercises like vision boards to help people feel more intuitive and focused on the futures they want. Clients often tell us our approach leaves them feeling more emotionally balanced and hopeful, and that the tools they learn continue to support them long after a session ends.
Because we are a licensed marriage and family therapist who is also a parent of a teenager, we understand the pressures families face today and welcome people of all identities, including LGBTQ+ and transgender clients.
