Supreme MMA brings martial arts training for kids and adults to Redwood Heights in Oakland. We teach Muay Thai, jiu jitsu and mixed martial arts, with classes that suit both competitors and people who simply want to train for fitness and fun.
Our community is warm and family-oriented, and we take pride in teaching discipline and respect alongside technique. Many of our members have trained with us for years, and our whole families now make the gym part of their weekly routine.
