About
Looking for sports massage and therapeutic bodywork in the Inner Sunset? Strictly Therapeutic offers hands-on massage tailored to your specific pain points and overall physical comfort.
Our approach blends the skill of a sports massage therapist with a focus on the whole body, so we start by listening to what has been bothering you and then work on those areas. We also provide stretching guidance and self-care recommendations to help you keep the benefits between sessions.
Clients come to us for everything from recovering from injuries and chronic tendonitis to easing persistent neck tension, and we take care to address each person's needs with thoughtfulness. You can choose to keep your clothes on or remove them, depending on what feels right for you.
Whether you're an athlete training hard or someone simply looking to feel more at ease in your body, we'd love to help you feel better than when you walked in.
