About
Based in Milpitas, STR Construction provides general contracting and deck, patio cover, and flooring installation for homeowners across Milpitas and Santa Clara County. We handle projects from decks and patio covers using quality materials to interior flooring and tile work, and we also offer online estimates and onsite services.
Our crew is known for professional, punctual work, keeping job sites clean, and finishing projects on schedule and within budget. We take care to get every detail right, from careful removal of old flooring to precise tile alignment, so our clients end up with spaces they can enjoy for years.
Clear communication and patient answers to your questions are a big part of how we work, from first estimate to final walkthrough. We welcome everyone, and we are proud to be Indigenous-owned, LGBTQ+ friendly, and committed to a respectful environment for all.
