About
Lasting pain relief, better posture, and deeper breathing: that's what we offer at Steve Kraft Rolf Structural Integration, a bodywork practice in Sebastopol serving Sonoma County and the North Bay. We work with fascia, the connective tissue that holds your body in patterns over time, so the changes we make tend to last rather than fade after a single session.
Many of our clients come to us for neck and joint pain from repetitive work, old injuries that flare up with exercise, or recovery after an accident. Our sessions are calm and unhurried, and we pay close attention to how you're feeling throughout.
We often finish with cranial sacral work, which many clients find especially soothing. Whether you need a one-time reset or ongoing tune-ups to keep your body balanced, we're glad to help.
