Stepping Into Wellness is a holistic health practice in Oakland's Upper Diamond neighborhood focused on helping people move with less pain and more ease. We bring together acupuncture, massage therapy, herbal medicine, nutrition, and sports medicine, so each treatment plan can address the whole person rather than a single symptom.
