About
Gentle reprogramming, intuitive bodywork, and lasting relief: that's what we offer at Stephanie Shindler CMT. Our practice in the Financial District-South Beach neighborhood of San Francisco focuses on neuromuscular reprogramming, a specialty that helps retrain tight and imbalanced muscles.
We draw on many massage modalities and blend them as each session calls for, so we can find trigger points you may not have known were there. Our clients often come to us for stubborn spasms, lower back and shoulder tension, and arthritis discomfort in the hands, and for recovery after surgery.
We work with an efficient, gentle touch that leaves people feeling more balanced and energized.
