Based in Japantown, Stella Nova Psychology, Inc. provides individual, couples and group therapy for San Francisco and the wider Bay Area. Our team of psychologists, psychotherapists and counselors focuses on the mental health and well-being of women, non-binary people and BIPOC individuals, and we bring a thoughtful, culturally centered approach to every client.
We pay close attention to the needs of each person, building trust and a safe space where people can explore what is happening in their lives. Our therapists are well trained, compassionate and attuned, and many of them bring real depth to multicultural work and issues affecting women of color.
