Based in Walnut Creek, Star Method Boxing provides boxing classes, kickboxing, personal training and conditioning for adults across Walnut Creek and the East Bay. We tailor each workout to your level, so you get personal attention and guidance from the start, and you'll see your skills improve quickly. Our training combines boxing with conditioning and strength work, so you build fitness, self-defense skills and confidence all at once.
