For parkour classes in Oakland, Sqvadron Kreative Studio is here to help you move with more confidence and control. We teach parkour across Oakland and the East Bay, welcoming complete beginners as well as experienced traceurs who want to sharpen their technique.
Our coaches break down each movement patiently and clearly, so every student understands the why behind the skill and can build it safely over time. We focus on functional movement patterns that develop real competency rather than isolated tricks, and our classes are energetic, challenging and fun.
Beyond the classroom, we are building a welcoming community that checks in on students and brings parkour out of the facility and into local parks.
