About
Looking for a yoga studio in San Leandro? Square One Yoga offers yoga classes for all levels in a minimalist, modern space with a calm, peaceful feel.
Our teachers are kind and excellent, and we make room for beginners and experienced students alike, so you can always move at your own pace. Our classes are intense but interesting, and the atmosphere here is relaxed and welcoming, which is why many students come to us to unwind after a long day.
We're proud to be part of a community, not just another exercise class, and we believe yoga can offer more than poses. Our studio serves students across San Leandro and the East Bay who want a gentle, in-person place to destress and connect.
Book through our website or call us to find a class that fits your schedule.
