SPS Bodywork & Somatic Coaching brings intuitive, attentive bodywork and somatic coaching to Berkeley and the East Bay. We build each session around what your body and mind need that day, asking questions, listening closely, and adjusting as we go.
Our work includes deep tissue massage and Chi Nei Tsang, a modality we use for whole-body alignment and deep rest. Clients often tell us they leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated, and many have trusted us for years, from pregnancy onward.
