Sports Medicine Institute brings hands-on sports massage and deep tissue bodywork to Palo Alto and the Peninsula, serving athletes, runners and active people across Santa Clara County. We focus on loosening stubborn tightness, from tight hamstrings and IT bands to sciatica and muscle pain that won't let up after a fall or an injury.
