About
At Spiritual Healing Journey Within Yourself, we help Concord and the East Bay explore who they really are through reiki, meditation, hypnotherapy and holistic wellness sessions. Our sessions move at your pace, so you can explore difficult emotions and past experiences with care and never feel pushed beyond what you can handle.
Many clients come to us after years of traditional counseling or medication and are looking for something that helps them feel more grounded and at peace with themselves. We bring a calm, empathetic, and intuitive approach, setting clear intentions and creating a space where you can release what no longer serves you.
Clients often leave feeling lighter and more connected, and many return for ongoing sessions as their healing journey unfolds.
If you feel called to begin, call or stop by our Concord studio to schedule your first session.
