Based in Redwood City, Spartan Combat Sports offers Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, MMA, wrestling and personal training for martial arts and fitness students across San Mateo County and the Peninsula. Our classes are led by Coach David, a Combat Sambo World Champion with more than 20 years of experience at the highest levels of MMA, and he focuses on real technique and proper form rather than cardio alone.
Whether you're a complete beginner or have prior boxing experience, you'll find sessions suited to your level, and our coaching is detailed enough to help you refine your stance, defense and takedowns. Students tell us they appreciate how welcoming and supportive the gym is, and how much they learn in every class.
