About
Looking for native landscape design in San Francisco's Mission district? Space Open Studio offers thoughtful landscape architecture that blends modern design with the natural character of the region.
We design outdoor spaces around native and climate-adapted plants that look striking and thrive with little fuss, from soft landscape design and planting plans to full yard redesigns. Our process starts with listening closely: we respect the structures and hardscape already in place, learn how you want to use the space, and shape proposals that bring your vision to life.
Clients tell us they value our clear communication, on-time delivery and plans that help them picture the finished garden before a single plant goes in. We bring a designer's eye for balance and detail, so each landscape feels harmonious through every season and connected to the surrounding setting.
We work with homeowners across San Francisco and the East Bay, as well as the North Bay, and we'd be glad to talk through your project.
