South Bay Freshwater

South Bay Freshwater is an aquarium shop in Los Gatos focused on freshwater tank care for home aquarists across Santa Clara County and the South Bay. We set up freshwater tanks from the ground up, then keep them healthy with regular cleanings and water changes, and we also make house calls so you don't have to haul your tank anywhere.

Many of our clients are newcomers to fishkeeping, so we take the time to explain each step in plain language and answer every question in detail. We also upgrade existing setups, including moving families up to larger tanks as their interest grows.

Our customers consistently tell us they value our professional, attentive service and our practical suggestions for keeping fish healthy over the long term.

Whether you're starting your first tank or need help with an established one, call or stop by and we'll talk through what your setup needs.
